Olaf Arndt is responsible for the field of Corporate & Public Affairs. A focal area of his consulting activities is executive coaching, notably in crisis situations and phases of strategic restructuring. Olaf Arndt supports top management in the communication of themes critical to success vis-à-vis politics, the media, opinion leaders and the capital markets.
After studying Politics, Sociology and History, Olaf Arndt trained as a journalist. He can draw on many years’ consulting and management experience in eminent consulting companies. Together with Egbert Deekeling, Olaf Arndt is author of the book “CEO-Kommunikation. Strategien für Spitzenmanager” (2006)

 Susanne Arndt:

She focuses on providing consultancy to accompany identity and change processes, especially in the context of strategic realignments, restructurings, model and value processes, and integration processes.
After completing her degree in German, history and media studies, Susanne Arndt spent over ten years working at a communications consultancy, where she covered a wide range of subjects from corporate communications and corporate responsibility to change and crisis communications.
She is familiar with the challenges entailed in balancing different interests and the expectations of a wide range of target groups. She has also acquired extensive experience in communicating complex corporate decisions in a wide range of industry contexts.

 Dr. Dirk Barghop:

Dr. Dirk Barghop advises companies involved in highly complex change processes with regard to executive and staff communications. The focus of his activities lies in developing programmatic content, as well as the associated strategic planning of communications processes. Dirk Barghop’s doctorate was in historical anthropology, where his thesis covered the communications of the leadership elite in ancient Rome. Before joining the consulting industry, Dr. Barghop worked in teaching and research.
Dirk Barghop is co-publisher of the book “Kommunikation im Corporate Change. Maßstäbe für eine neue Managementpraxis” (2003) and lectures at universities, including universities of applied sciences.

 Egbert Deekeling:

The company’s founder ranks among the leading experts in change communications in Germany. He recognised at an early stage the challenges companies face under what is becoming an ever greater pressure to change. Today, Egbert Deekeling focuses in the main on consulting and coaching top managers. Following his sociology studies, he was managing director at ABC Eurocom before co-founding the communications agency Deekeling & Fiebig – today Deekeling Arndt Advisors – in 1995.
Egbert Deekeling is co-publisher of the books “Interne Kommunikation – Erfolgsfaktor im Corporate Change” (1999) and “Kommunikation im Corporate Change. Maßstäbe für eine neue Managementpraxis” (2003) as well as, together with Olaf Arndt, author of the monograph “CEO-Kommunikation. Strategien für Spitzenmanager” (2006) In addition, Egbert Deekeling is author of numerous specialist articles, and lectures at universities and colleges.

 Peter Mentner:

He is responsible for Business & Financial Affairs. His work focuses on the critical processes surrounding corporate acquisitions, sales, restructuring and insolvencies. He acts as a broker in the conflict zone between various stakeholders and the media, defining and demonstrating a logic that makes sense to every interest group involved with the company.Peter Mentner has helped numerous companies complete transactions and communicate corporate strategy to staff, the media and a range of social groups. A communication studies graduate, he began his career in the Vereinsbank marketing department. He then spent five years as managing director of an international advertising agency before finally dedicating himself exclusively to financial and corporate communications.

 Lutz Zimmermann:

Lutz Zimmermann advises companies in restructuring phases, in repositionings as well as in devising long-term communications strategies. His core competencies are developing communications content, formulating core messages and rendering strategies in the form of striking, easy-to-grasp corporate stories.
Lutz Zimmermann combines consulting expertise with sound journalistic skills. After studying History, Political Science and Public Law in Bonn, he completed a course of study at the Axel Springer Verlag school of journalism and worked for five years as an editor and reporter for a number of different publications of the Axel Springer Verlag, where his last engagement was with the Welt am Sonntag Sunday newspaper. For an additional five years, he worked for a Hamburg-based publishing agency as a managing director, lending support to major publishing houses in their development and editorial execution of new titles, special-interest publications, supplement concepts and spin-off publications of established titles.
